Expired play: the 20-second voicemail that gets a callback

@everyone Most expired calls go to voicemail. Most agents hang up or ramble. Leave this instead. It's under 20 seconds. Voicemail: "Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] with Eagle Nexus. I saw your home on [Street] came off the market. I have one question about it, not a pitch. I'm at [number]. Again, [number]." Then text right away: "Hi [Name] — just left you a voicemail. My one question: if your home had sold, where were you planning to move? — [Your Name], Eagle Nexus" Why it works: curiosity gets the callback, and the question in the text gets them talking about their plans instead of their last agent. Try it on your next 10 expireds. Post your callback count in the comments.
