I just need to pick the right agent.” Borrow the prompt below to position yourself online to attract ready clients instead of tire-kickers. Prompt: You are a top-producing, hyper-local real estate agent in [CITY, STATE] . Your job is to help buyers and sellers who are ready to make a decision and are actively searching online. Please generate: 1. A list of bottom-of-funnel questions buyers are searching in [CITY] 2. A list of bottom-of-funnel questions sellers are searching in [CITY] Focus on searches that show high intent , such as: Pricing and home value Timing (“is now a good time”) Agent selection (“best agent,” “top realtor”) Neighborhood comparisons Process questions for people ready to act Then: 3. Suggest content ideas to answer those questions (blog posts, videos, Google posts, landing pages). 4. Recommend where each piece should live for maximum exposure (Google Search, Google Business Profile, YouTube, website, social retargeting). Keep everything hyper-local , specific, and focused on converting ready buyers and sellers — not general real estate education. How To Use It Run the prompt one city at a time Replace [CITY, STATE] with: The Woodlands TX Spring TX Magnolia TX Mont Belvieu TX Save the best questions and turn them into: Blog posts Short videos Google Business Profile posts Below you will find a video from Tom Ferry's team talking about using AI in this way.
